Sandi Ionelli

Sandi Ionelli is a part of the award winning Scripps Productions team.  As Supervising Producer, she has been responsible for specials and series including The Big Reveal, Tournament of Roses Parade and the Telly recognized Home and Housewares special for HGTV.  Ionelli has also expanded Scripps Productions services supporting advertisers by enhancing and producing interstitial pieces including FLN Smart Tips, DIY Basics, and HGTV Solutions, as well as the cross-network custom program Short Stories.

As Supervising Producer, Ionelli balances creative, staffing and budget concerns with generating entertaining and informative programming that is a success for the Scripps Networks and their clients. 

At Scripps Networks, she is involved in the Employees Activity Committee and the United Way Campaign.  She is also a member of WICT, Women in Cable Telecommunications, where she was recently named to the 2009 class of WICT Rising Leaders. Outside of the office she is participant in Knox Heritage, an organization devoted to preserving the buildings and history of Knoxville.

Prior to Scripps, Ionelli served on popular shows Change of Heart and Love Connection.  She also spent time teaching first grade in South Central LA.  Ionelli started her career just outside Boston, MA working for Telepictures’ Nighttalk with Jane Whitney while receiving her bachelor’s degree in Media Communications from Framingham State College.
