Sandie Zeigler

Sandie Zeigler is the Vice President of Learning and Development for Comcast’s Southern Division.  In this senior role, she is responsible for the development and implementation of the learning and educational strategy for all levels of employees.  Sandie leads a 150+ divisional team of learning and development professionals that provide training opportunities in all functional areas of the business; Leadership, Customer Service, Sales, Technical Operations and Dispatch. 

Sandie manages partnerships with key stakeholders to ensure that high priority initiatives, such as developing and executing leadership programs are implemented effectively division wide.  In addition, Sandie serves as a liaison and communicator with corporate headquarters on new initiatives and projects. 

Sandie brings more than 20 years of telecommunication experience to Comcast.  Prior to her tenure with Comcast, Sandie held management and senior leadership positions with Burger King Corporation, Bell South and Cellular One.  While in these positions she concentrated her efforts in the areas of HR Administration, Marketing, Sales and Learning.  Sandie also owned and operated a consulting firm in which she provided Human Resources and Learning consulting services to national restaurant chains, telecommunication companies, and cable providers.  These consulting services led to the introduction with Comcast.

A native of Miami, Florida, Sandie now lives in Martin County, Florida.  Sandie enjoys spending time with friends and family; she is married and is involved in many activities with her two children, Easton and McKenna, ages 11 and 10.  She is a member of Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT), the Society of Cable Telecommunication Engineers (SCTE) and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).  Sandie is currently enrolled at Jones International College where she is pursuing her degree in Business Communication.
