Director, Business REadiness & Acceptance Comcast
Sandra Morales serves as the Director of Business Readiness and Acceptance for Comcast Business Services. Sandra leads teams responsible for developing content input to Comcast University and driving user acceptance for all new products and service initiatives for Comcast Business Services, the new growth engine for the corporation. She works closely with Sales, Operations, Field, and Deployment teams to ensure customer experience success. Sandra has been working at Comcast for almost eight years as an employee and consultant performing various assignments in residential CDV and new product launch activities for Business Services.
Prior to joining Comcast, Sandra has over 20 years of comprehensive leadership experience in telecommunications, primarily with GTE (now Verizon) in engineering, planning, training, and operations roles. Additionally, she has worked on an international assignment and Mergers and Acquisitions. Sandra is known for her ability to think strategically, lead change, champion continuous improvement, build relationships and foster teamwork.
She received an MBA, International Management, from University of Dallas and a B.S., Physics, from Angelo State University. Sandra is involved in several of the industry’s professional organizations and has been a member of WICT, since joining Comcast in 2011. She was a mentor in the 2012 WICT Philadelphia Mentoring Partnership Program and has volunteered support hours to the Cradle to Crayons program.
