Sara Dionne is Director, Talent Operations for Comcast Cable Communications. She is currently leading the enterprise-wide Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (CoE) implementation and managing talent programs that develop standards and efficiencies throughout the function.
Prior to her current role Sara was responsible for the advancement of core recruiting and talent management efforts as the NorthCentral Division Sr. Manager of Talent Programs. In this role Sara led efforts such as a Customer Service Representative retention study, overall recruiting operations, and the annual talent review and succession planning programs.
Before joining Comcast in May of 2008, Sara served as Director, Marketing Strategy, and Director, Market Research and Analysis for Fidelity Investments HR Services products. Preceding these roles, Sara held positions of increasing responsibility at Fidelity in Human Resources, including serving as Senior Business Analysis Manager designing a succession planning tool.
Sara holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Rivier College in Nashua, NH and Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of New Hampshire in Manchester, NH.
