Sasha Hohri

Sasha Hohri excels at developing the leadership skills of her coachees, working with them to develop their executive presence and communication skills, build strong functional teams and achieve results.    Sasha  coaches across industries including finance, technology, health care and pharmaceuticals, media and entertainment as well as functions – IT, marketing, legal and HR.  She is especially adept working with women leaders and high potentials.

Sasha’s coaching methodology integrates Eastern wisdom traditions to strengthen her listening skills and encourage exploration of possibilities.  Her coaching practice is designed to build self-awareness so that her coachees can self-correct independently when the coaching engagement is completed.

Sasha has extensive experience building, developing and managing diverse multicultural teams in the public, private and non-profit sectors.  She has created, developed and trained a national network of field representatives for a national women’s philanthropy, and later directed special projects for the Office of the Mayor of the City of New York.  As Executive Director of a women’s not-for-profit training organization, she succeeded in stabilizing the organization and securing public funding.  She was the first president and founder of a national public charity that sought to support cultural and community development and exchange nationally.

Most recently, Sasha was a Senior Consultant in the career transition practice of Lee Hecht Harrison where she applied her coaching skills to help her clients identify and achieve their career goals.
