Seth L. Feit is Group Vice President of Talent at Charter Communications. In his role, Mr. Feit is responsible for Charter’s strategic direction around talent acquisition, executive recruiting, contingent labor, learning, leadership development, talent management, and organizational effectiveness.
He previously served in a variety of senior human resources leadership roles at Time Warner Cable, Time Warner Inc. & America Online. Before joining the Time Warner family, Mr. Feit led university relations for TRW Systems.
Mr. Feit is an active leader in the media & communications industry, having served on the Board of Directors for Content & Connectivity HR (C2HR) and the Emma L. Bowen Foundation (EBF) for Minority Interests in Media. He currently serves on the EBF National Advisory Council and an Executive Advisor for Women in Cable & Telecommunications (WICT) Carolinas Chapter.
Mr. Feit has a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science from Drexel University.
