Shannon Dieck

Shannon joined Suddenlink in 2006 as an IT department administrative assistant. She currently serves as a project manager for the company’s IT Program Management Office (IT-PMO).  In that role, she collaborates with a variety of cross-functional internal teams.

 

Over the past five years Shannon implemented several strategic initiatives, including integration between Suddenlink’s customer relationship management tool and billing platform, in addition to managing both the e-Commerce automation and Commercial Serviceability tool projects.  

 

In 2012, Shannon received Suddenlink’s CIO Award, a prestigious departmental recognition of service excellence. Shannon’s nomination noted her "respect and dignity, sense of urgency, creativity, and communication."

 

Shannon has been an active member of the WICT Midwest chapter since early 2012, participating in the WICT National Leadership Conference, Tech It Out events and the chapter’s Women’s Safe House benefit events.

 

Shannon earned her B.S. Ed. with a minor in psychology from Bradley University.  In her spare time she enjoys exercise, travel and volunteer service at her daughter’s school. Shannon resides in St. Louis, Mo., with her husband Brad, 6 year old daughter Parker, and 3 year old son Landon.
