Shannon is the Regional Vice President of Operations for the Southwest Ohio Division, responsible for more than 850,000 customer relationships in the Cincinnati and Dayton areas, as well as recently integrated systems in Kentucky, Indiana, West Virginia and Illinois (KIWI).
During her 12 years in management at Time Warner Cable, Shannon has gained experience in all aspects of residential services. She joined Time Warner Cable as a supervisor of customer service in the former Western Ohio Division, where she also served as Regional Manager of Customer Service. When the Southwest Ohio Division was created, Shannon was appointed Manager of Customer Care Centers and Credit and Collections. She also held the positions of Director of Retail and Vice President of Customer Operations/General Manager for the Southwest Ohio Division.
Prior to joining Time Warner Cable, Shannon was a supervisor for Electronic Data Systems (EDS). She is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Indiana University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts, and holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
Active in the cable industry, Shannon is a board officer for the Women in Cable Telecommunications Greater Ohio Chapter and a member of the Ohio Cable Telecommunications Association. She also serves on Time Warner Cable’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee, the Midwest Region TWC Ideas Committee, and is involved in the region’s mentoring program.
