Shannon O’Keefe is a Senior Manager in Learning and Development at Charter Communications. In this role, she leads the design, development and evaluation of new hire onboarding programs for Customer Operations agents. Shannon started with Charter as a Lead Instructional Designer in 2017.
Prior to joining Charter, Shannon developed her expertise in learning and development through positions in multiple industries. She was previously with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) for 11 years where she managed training and delivery specializing in technical training and new hire onboarding. She also contracted as an Instructional Systems Designer for the Joint Special Operations University (JSOU), Medco, and State Farm.
Shannon graduated from Louisiana State University (LSU) with a Master in Education. She is a life-long learner and teacher with a passion for creating impactful learning experiences.
Shannon resides in Charlotte and enjoys spending her free time cheering for her favorite sports teams (LSU, New Orleans Saints), traveling, volunteering, and spending time with family and friends.
