Senior Director, XOC, HFC Service desk Comcast
Sharisse Sheridan is the Sr. Director of XOC, HFC Service Desk for Comcast in the Central Division. The Central Division HFC team handles triage and support for plant outage operations, preventative maintenance, and overall network technician support as part of the Central Division Engineering organization. Sharisse also serves the Central Division with involvement in tool user adaptability and change, process change and improvement, and national alignment strategies. Sharisse has been with Comcast for over 22 years with experience in workforce operations, telephony provisioning, and the training organization.
Sharisse is the President of the Greater Chicago SCTE board and has served with the board since 2016 as well as serving on the Greater Chicago WICT board from 2011 – 2014.
Sharisse holds a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management from Ashford University. Sharisse resides in the northwest suburbs of Chicago with her husband.
