Shaun Fisher is an Applications Administrator at INSP, LLC. As an Applications Administrator, Shaun works to resolve customer problems, address user requests, acts as a liaison between vendors and the end user, and ensures the applications she supports remain compliant by ensuring regular maintenance is applied. Shaun also participates in many stretch assignments working as Scrum Master, IT Business Analyst and Product Owner, Project Coordinator and Project Manager. She has been working at INSP for 8 years.
Prior to that, she worked at IBM as a Staff Engineer in Systems Test for 4 years and a Level 2 Support Engineer for 8 years. As a Level 2 Support Engineer, she wrote four patents accepted by the United States and China Patent Trade Offices.
Shaun holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from Marist College in Poughkeepsie, NY.
Shaun is a Breast Cancer Survivor and a proud mother of a high school student who is taking advanced courses, plays football and participates in his high school band. During her free time, she enjoys attending her son’s events, volunteering at his school and studying for the PMP certification.
