Shauntel Paskett is a Credit and Collections Manager at Comcast in Utah. She has vast knowledge of the cable industry. In her role she leads a team of 72 Inbound/Outbound collectors and 6 Supervisors. Her primary goals include reducing Bad Debt and Non-Pay Churn for the West Division. During her 10 years of experience within the cable industry she has had many roles including: Training, Technical Support, Sales, Retention and currently Credit and Collections.
Shauntel is an active “Big Sister” for the Big Brothers Big Sisters “Beyond School Walls” mentoring program, participates in Locks of Love and volunteers her time to help disadvantaged youth/families. She has participated in Leadership programs such as Comcast Fundamentals of Leadership (FOL) and the Comcast Rising Stars Program.
