Stacey Duckett serves as Senior Director, Inbound Sales for Comcast. In her role she is responsible for coaching, performance enhancement, and sales growth for all Inbound Sales and Retention functions. She also works directly with senior leadership to develop sales strategies and to identify opportunities to drive sales performance, growth, and culture throughout the organization.
Stacey joined Suddenlink Communications in March of 2014 as a Regional Sales Director, bringing with her more than ten years of experience in the cable industry. She was also a Retention Team Manager for Charter Communications for seven years where she developed and chaired a Mentor Program to enhance the skills of her teams and provide opportunities for career development, as well as, a Director’s Recognition Program to recognize and reward top performers. In 2011 she won Charter’s Sales Champions Program, a yearly program to award top sales performance within the organization.
Stacey holds a master’s degree in Management with an emphasis in Organizational Development from Aquinas College in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Originally from Michigan, she currently resides in Tyler, Texas with her spouse and three children. In her free time she enjoys spending time with family and friends.
