Stacey Parker

Stacey Parker is the Vice President, Regulatory Affairs for Comcast’s Northeast Division.  She oversees voice, video and broadband regulatory initiatives in eleven states throughout New England and the mid-Atlantic, with a primary focus on voice communications services.   Ms. Parker coordinates Division regulatory and operational strategy relating to the continued successful deployment of Comcast’s products in the five operating regions within the Division.  She also works closely with Comcast’s legislative teams and advises on legislation relating to telecommunications policy. 

Ms. Parker has been at Comcast (and its predecessor companies) for thirteen years, and during her tenure has provided regulatory and operational guidance for all aspects of Comcast’s voice, video and data products, including regulatory approvals and support for the launch of new products and coordinating participation and advocacy in strategic regulatory proceedings in support of ongoing business objectives.  Ms. Parker served as the co-chair of the New England Chapter of the Federal Communications Bar Association from 2005-2008 and currently remains on its steering committee.  Ms. Parker also has completed a leadership program through Women Unlimited’s LEAD program, is active with the New England Chapter’s WICT Mentoring program and sits on the Board of Directors of the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Salem (MA).

Prior to joining Comcast in 1998, Ms. Parker worked as a litigation associate at the Boston law firm of Hutchins, Wheeler and Dittmar.  In 1995-1996 Ms. Parker served as a law clerk for the Justices of the Superior Court in Massachusetts.  She received her bachelor’s degree in Government from Colby College in Maine and her law degree from the Georgetown University Law Center in Washington DC.
