Stacy Green

Stacy Green is Executive Vice President, Global Human Resources and Facilities for A+E Networks, encompassing A&E®, Lifetime®, HISTORY®, LMN®, FYI™, H2®, HISTORY en Español™, Crime + Investigation™, Military HISTORY® and LRW®, as well as A+E Studios, A&E IndieFilms®, A+E Networks International®, A+E Networks Digital® and A+E Networks Consumer Products®.  She oversees the company’s employees and locations in their headquarters in New York, as well as locations in Stamford,  Los Angeles, Chicago, Detroit, London, Rome and Singapore. 

 

As an integral member of the leadership team, Ms. Green ensures that a focus on culture and people is infused into all of our teams across the world and is reflected in the spaces in which our employees work.  Ms. Green joined the company in 2013, and during her tenure has led the modernization of A+E Networks’ employee benefits plans and policies, aligned compensation plans with goals, invigorated performance management processes, on boarded employees in our acquired international ventures and helped to further enhance a work environment conducive to transparency, creativity and performance. 

 

Ms. Green has over 20 years of business experience, including a unique combination of finance and legal acumen with deep Human Resources experience. Prior to joining A+E Networks, Ms. Green was Vice President, Human Resources, Advertising Sales at NBC Universal.  Previously, Ms. Green was Vice President, Human Resources at Revlon after serving many years as Senior Tax Counsel.

 

Ms. Green holds an MBA Degree in Finance and Marketing from New York University, Stern School of Business; an LL.M. Degree in Taxation from New York University, School of Law; a Juris Doctor Degree, cum laude, from the University of Miami, School of Law; and an Honors Degree, Bachelor of Science in Psychology, from the University of Wisconsin. She also has bar admissions in New York, New Jersey, Florida, Maryland and Washington, D.C.
