Director of Operations Suddenlink
Stacy McGowen is the Director of Operations for Suddenlink, where she is responsible for the management of the Dallas, TX area serving 38 cities.
I have worked in the telecommunications industry for 14 years and have worked in operations, installation and repair, sales, finance, and training. Prior to working as Director of Operations I was the Business Manager/Analyst for Suddenlink’s East Texas division. In this role I was able to gain experience in business strategies, development and market analysis within a rapidly changing environment.
As the Director for my area I am responsible for proactively identifying strategies to improve customer relationships and operations of all system responsibilities. Through my creativity and vision, I continue to promote employee development and growth to help increase a high performing leadership team and front line operation. I have built a strong working relationship with local city officials and other community leaders. These relationships have allowed Suddenlink to have a positive support system in our local municipalities.
I have been a member of WICT Greater Texas Chapter for 5 years and I am very excited to be involved in the Rising Leaders Program. I have 7 children and 5 granddaughters. I enjoy going to sporting events and spending time with my family.
