Born and raised in Fargo, N.D, Starr started her career in cable as an installer in April of 1988. Working for Cable One, Starr worked in all aspects of the technical side of the industry. Installs, service calls, line work, pre wire, on-call and supervising. Relocating to the Phoenix corporate office in 2001 Starr took on the role of Technical Training Manager. Starr trains the field, senior and lead technicians for all of Cable One. She loves to train and also travel to all of the systems, riding with techs and also training any new product. She has enjoyed all of the many changes in the world of cable. From one way video to triple play and much more to come, there is never a dull moment. Also the cable industry people are great people!!
