Stefanie Recupero is a Senior Manager at Comcast, supporting program delivery for Xfinity Consumer Services (XCS). She started working full-time at Comcast in 2017 and currently leads top priority XCS initiatives. Stefanie leads launch activities which include, but are not limited to, scope definition and prioritization, development and maintenance of project plans, coordination with cross-functional teams and divisions, system readiness, training, market readiness, executive status reports, go/no-go meetings, and post-deployment retrospectives.
Prior to joining Comcast, Stefanie worked as a Technology Consultant for Accenture’s Product Engineering & Lifecycle Services business practice. She gained over 5 years of experience in product lifecycle management, primarily focused in the Telecommunications industry. Stefanie was able to establish herself as a strong program deployment manager with the ability to engage teams, manage scope functionality, and deploy program and market releases.
Stefanie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Sciences and Technology from The Pennsylvania State University, with a minor in Security and Risk Analysis. While at Penn State, she served as the 2011 Technology Director for THON, a student-run philanthropy committed to enhancing the lives of children and families impacted by childhood cancer. In her free time, she enjoys traveling to new destinations and experiencing nature through her visits to national parks.
