As the Director
of Nickelodeon Original Movies, Stephanie is responsible for the development
and production of live-action and animated TV movies. She works closely with
writers to develop pitches into scripts that are ready for green light. Once a
movie moves forward, she serves as the Executive in Charge, overseeing
production and post-production on behalf of the network and liaising with
internal lines of business to inform promotion and marketing plans.
Stephanie has
been at Nickelodeon for nine years and previously worked in Original
Programming & Events in New York. In this role, she served as the Executive
in Charge for Teen Nick Current Series and worked on live events for the
network, including six Kids’
Choice Awards shows.
She first joined the network as an intern for On-Air Promotions,
Preschool Development, and Live Action Development & Original Programming
where she was brought on as an Executive Assistant to the President of the
department. She eventually grew to become a director in 2014, a promotion that
relocated her to the west coast.
Stephanie
is a New York native and alumna of the NYU Gallatin School of Individualized
Study where she received a bachelor’s degree in Children’s Television. She
currently resides in Silver Lake in Los Angeles with her husband and their
beagle mix.
