Stephanie Hu

Stephanie began her career at Comcast in 2016 and currently serves as Assistant Deputy General Counsel in the Law Department. She provides legal and business counsel to a variety of Comcast’s customer facing businesses including internet and video, home security and IoT, cellular data and mobile devices, enterprise residential sales, connected coverage, and marketing and advertising. Stephanie works closely with Comcast’s business and product teams on the digital learn, shop and buy customer journeys and the pricing and packaging strategy across Comcast’s entire footprint. She also negotiates a wide variety of hardware, software, professional services, joint marketing, sponsorship, licensing and API integration deals.

Prior to joining Comcast, Stephanie was an associate attorney in the Philadelphia office of the international law firm Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, LLP, where she was a member of the firm’s Corporate, Finance & Investment Management group. While there, she focused on mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, emerging growth company investments, finance and restructuring, and general corporate governance.

Stephanie completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Pennsylvania and earned her law degree from the University of Michigan Law School. She lives in the Fairmount neighborhood of Philadelphia and in her free time she enjoys playing ball with her yellow labrador Abel, practicing hot yoga, and asking everyone what they are watching right now.
