Sumedha Mungale is a dedicated Datawarehousing and Business Intelligence technology leader with a distinguished 20-year career in establishing, growing, and leading organizations across Development, Business Analysis and Quality Assurance disciplines. Sumedha has a verifiable track record of success in partnering with business owners, management and cross-functional implementation teams to help companies to achieve their goals using effective enterprise software solutions, data and analytics.
Currently, as Enterprise Datawarehouse Development Manager at Bright House Networks, Sumedha leads her teams to architect and implement a Datawarehouse to measure key company performance metrics, financial calculations like commissions and 360 view of the customer. Sumedha is a goal driven visionary with an ability to adapt quickly to change. Sumedha is able to create and maintain a large, motivated and engaged technology team with international technology vendors collaborating to focus on the big picture. At the same time, she maintains a hands-on approach to understand and steer the team to create a positive outcome.
Recently, Sumedha has been the Data Work stream Lead for the Monarch Billing Migration project at BHN. This project was the largest Billing migration in the Cable Industry and Sumedha and her team was a key component to take this major project from inception through the finish line. This project involved integrating billing, CRM and e-commerce capabilities that could standardize Brighthouse customer experience across markets, improve sales, reduce agent training time and enable continuous business improvement.
Sumedha has designed and built the Operational Data store for BHN and is responsible for its increased adoption and operational support. Sumedha also has been part of the Software Development leadership team who recently launched the SDLC 2.0 Development Lifecycle.
Sumedha is a respected leader who was nominated in 2014 to Women’s leadership Circle at BHN and is working on graduating the program soon. Subsequently, Sumedha has been nominated for the Women in Cable Television Rising Leaders Program in 2015. She has been the recipient of Employee of the year in 2008 and has received numerous achievement and recognition awards in her career.
Sumedha graduated as an Engineer from the College of Engineering, University of Pune, India. She is an Oracle Certified Professional . She has lived and worked in 3 different countries and has an advantage to balancing people, process and technologies to influence and push forward towards success in this global marketplace.
During her free time, Sumedha enjoys cooking, travelling, doing Zumba, going on long walks at the beach and doing photography with her husband. Sumedha has a son who is graduating as a Chemical Engineer from University of Florida, Gainesville.
