Susan Davis is a Director of Information Technology over Business Systems Analysis at Charter Communications where she leads a team of professional business analysts in the gathering of functional and non-functional requirements, development of process flows using Business Process Modeling Notation 2.0 (BPMN), and creating the documentation needed to develop and test software and infrastructure that supports Spectrum Mobile, Spectrum Enterprise, Core Ordering, Provisioning, Credit & Fraud, ERP, Identity and Field Operations Core Platforms. Over the last 11 years, Susan has led both Business Systems Analysis and Quality Assurance Testing at Charter Communications. She prides herself in being a pioneer and change agent. She enjoys seeing the benefits of gaining order and quality through establishing a firm foundation of processes, tools and metrics needed to support her team.
Prior to Charter Communications, Susan spent 18 years in Finance and Stock Brokerage. She spent 13 years at Scottrade, leading 1/3 of operations before moving into IT where she contributed to the establishment of many new products and services including Mutual Funds, Online Apply, Online Funding, and Document Workflow.
Susan believes in continuous self-improvement. She holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) and Bachelors of Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance & Accounting from Lindenwood University, Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) and several Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certifications including SAFe Program Consultant (SPC). Susan supports the St. Louis Chapter of the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA), of which she was a founding member and on the board of directors for their first 9 years. She is also an active member of The WICT Network (Women in Cable Telecommunications) where she recently completed a 4 year board position for WICT Midwest. She is currently seeking another external organization in where she can further her skills and add value to the professional communities she thrives in.
Susan lives near St. Louis MO, with her husband, two adult children, two dogs and one cat. Susan enjoys local sports, is an avid fan of the St. Louis Ambush Indoor Soccer Team, St. Louis Cardinals and St. Louis Blues. She likes to travel, spend time with her family, and working on crafts.
