Tamara Crawford is the Controller for BendBroadband in Bend, Oregon. In this role she oversees all aspects of financial reporting and supports various accounting functions such as fixed assets, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and collections. She balances fiduciary responsibilities by partnering with various departments across the organization. Tamara is a strong team builder and facilitator who mentors talented accounting professionals to balance high-level skills with maximum results. She strives to lead by example and promotes integrity within the accounting profession. In 2010, Tamara was selected as Leader of the Year for BendBroadband.
Prior to joining BendBroadband in 2009, Tamara worked six years in public accounting and spent four years as the Assistant Controller for Pahlisch Homes, Inc. She graduated cum laude from the Oregon Institute of Technology where she received a Bachelors Degree in Accounting and, soon after, her CPA license. Tamara lives in Bend, Oregon with her husband Scott and their daughter Jazmin. A great lover of adventure and the outdoors, she enjoys spending time with her family and two Siberian huskies.
