Tammy Gabel is Director of Internal Communications for the Cable One family of brands. Gabel joined Cable One in 2018, and oversees Social Media for the company’s Sparklight, Fidelity, ValuNet, Hargray and Cable America brands in addition to Internal Communications. Prior to joining Cable One, she served as Social Publishing Program Sr. Manager for Banner Health; and was previously a print and multimedia journalist for newspapers in California, Nevada and Arizona. Gabel holds a bachelor’s degree in Journalism from San Jose State University and a master’s degree in Interactive Journalism from the University of Nevada, Reno. Born and raised in Northern California, Gabel currently resides in Mesa, Arizona, with her husband and two daughters.
