Theresa Sheeran is a Human Resources Business Partner for Food Network and Cooking Channel, two of Scripps Networks Interactive’s leading lifestyle media brands. In her role, she acts as a partner to the line by providing professional HR guidance and support to internal client groups with the objective of adding value to the business. In particular, she focuses on talent development and management, compensation planning, performance management and employee relations.
Prior to joining Scripps Networks, Theresa was a Senior Associate of Human Resources for Seabury Group, a global management consulting and advisory firm. During her tenure in this role, Theresa spearheaded the global recruiting and performance management strategy, partnering with Managing Directors in New York, London, Hong Kong and Amsterdam. Theresa also served as a Human Resources Associate at Tommy Hilfiger USA and began her professional career as a Senior Client Relations Associate at LanaguageWorks in a hybrid human resources and sales role.
Theresa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Villanova University and lives in Hoboken. She enjoys travel, current events and classic literature and is an avid Villanova basketball fan.
