Tiffany Barnes is a Senior Manager in the Financial Planning & Analysis Department at MTV Network International, a division of Viacom based in New York. An accomplished professional with 6+ years of experience in finance and accounting, Ms. Barnes is responsible for managing the overall budgeting process for Europe, Asia, Latin America and Rest of World. Her primary responsibilities consist of establishing profitability targets, ensuring compliance & consolidation of financial results, in addition to serving as project team lead for worldwide financial initiatives.
In her current role, Ms. Barnes oversees a team focused on improving global visibility of revenue streams and key cost drivers for brands such as MTV, Nickelodeon & Comedy Central to maximize Operating Income. Prior to joining MTV Networks, Barnes began her career in finance with Johnson & Johnson. In her varies roles, she oversaw all external product operations as a cost accountant and co-led the Sarbanes Oxley cross-functional implementation team.
Ms. Barnes is a native of New York and holds a Bachelors of Science in Finance from Hampton University.
