Tiffany Farmer is Product Owner at Discovery, Inc. and is responsible for leading strategic initiatives for product growth that are aligned with the company’s goals. In her current role, she collaborates with internal stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization globally to help gain operations efficiencies for the company.
Tiffany started at Scripps Networks in 2014 as a Business Analyst gathering requirements, conducting acceptance testing, and engaging stakeholders to increase productivity across the organization. In this role, Tiffany lead the development team in creating and launching a successful HR Portal which consolidated all HR content into one central location. After Scripps Networks was acquired by Discovery in 2018, she spear-headed the merging of two separate ServiceNow systems into one. This past September Tiffany was promoted to a product owner managing the growth and product direction of ServiceNow and also G Suite which was recently added to her portfolio.
Tiffany attended Urbana University where she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Communication. In 2004, she fulfilled a life-long dream by completing flight attending school. Recently, Tiffany has been mentoring young women at underprivileged elementary school.
Outside of work, Tiffany enjoys volunteering, playing sand volleyball, and spends most of her weekends at the baseball field with her oldest son. She lives in Knoxville, Tennessee, with her husband and their two sons, ages 4 and 9.
