Tiffany Givens is the Director of Operations and Program Enablement at Cox Communications and has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. In her current role, Tiffany manages critical internal and external relationships for the Outside Plant Engineering and Construction organization, providing cross-functional strategic leadership and project execution for multi-layer programs. Tiffany is known for having a sincere passion for employee engagement, teamwork, collaboration and producing tangible results.
Tiffany is a graduate of University of Nevada, Las Vegas where she studied Business Management. Tiffany’s professional experience has been focused on people and program leadership through the lens of organizational strategy, process improvement and change implementation. Throughout her career journey, Tiffany has helped to establish enterprise-wide procedures and programs to ensure customer satisfaction and enhance the employee experience. Early in Tiffany’s career, she learned the importance of building and maintaining meaningful relationships. Tiffany started her career as a Telecommunications Recruiter for a staffing agency which sourced candidates for Cox. Strong relationships and a proven track record for delivering results helped Tiffany to land an opportunity to join the Cox family where she has held various roles and has become a respected leader in the organization. Tiffany believes in “lifting as you climb” and lives her life with the conviction that to lead, you must first serve.
Outside of work, Tiffany values spending quality time with her family including her husband and two children. She is also active in her community, leading church youth groups and harnessing the power of mentorship. She strives to live purposefully, by volunteering at local non-profit organizations and giving back to her community.
