Toni DeBoer is the Sr Director of Customer Service for GCI, a telecommunications company located in Alaska. She has over 24 years of experience in telecom, beginning with her first job at GCI as a call center representative. She currently is responsible for 13 retail stores and over 130 employees across the state of Alaska.
In addition to meeting goals for her company, she loves to mentor and develop her employee to help the next generation grow and succeed. She works with other departments to develop and implement strategic customer initiatives.
She earned her Associate’s degree in Liberal Arts from the University of Alaska, Anchorage. She enjoys volunteering with the Academic Decathlon and supporting various animal charities.
Toni lives in Anchorage with her husband Tim and dog Jax. She loves traveling internationally, being outdoors, going to concerts and spending time with her family and friends, including her 6-year-old grandson.
