Tricia Hulse

A leader in distribution for over 8 years, Tricia Hulse, Vice President of Affiliate Sales, TV Networks Distribution, NBC Universal manages the Southwest territory covering major multiple service operators (MSO) regional and divisional offices in the area and manages all field accounts within the territory. Hulse oversees the cable distribution of NBC Universal’s 14 networks including Bravo, Chiller, CNBC, CNBC World, MSNBC, mun2, NBC Weather Plus, Oxygen, SCI FI Channel, ShopNBC, Sleuth, Telemundo, Universal HD, and USA Network. Recently joining NBC Universal in 2008 with the Oxygen acquisition, Hulse was Vice President of Affiliate Sales, where she was responsible for the distribution , retention and growth of the network , managing launches in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Sacramento, Stockton & several other smaller systems. She has also managed executing Oxygen’s signature pro-mentoring initiative; The Oxygen Mentors Walk , in Denver, Colorado Springs, Portland and Los Angeles. Over the past year, Hulse has transitioned from managing the distribution of sales and marketing of Oxygen to now managing the distribution of 14 networks under the NBC Universal umbrella. In her new role at NBC Universal, Hulse leads and identifies partnering opportunities with cable operators that leverage cable, digital, studio, theme park and broadcast brands under the NBC Universal family to strategically drive company/client branding and revenue initiatives. She helps establish goals and oversees strategic network marketing promotions with both a local ad sales (LAS) and system focus. Hence, proving herself as a leader with the ability to take on any challenging task. In addition to her work at NBC Universal, Hulse is a member of Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT) SoCal member, Cable & Telecommunications Association for Marketing (CTAM) SoCal Member, and has served on the board of California Cable Telecommunications Association (CCTA) for the last 3 years.
