VP, Customer Care Comcast
Veronica (Roni) Jellison is Central Division Vice President of Customer Care for Comcast. She provides leadership for four division call centers and a regional escalation team that is comprised of over 1200 employees located in various areas across the state of Florida.
In her role, Roni is responsible for delivering a superior customer service experience across all product lines. Her responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day operations of each site as well as developing and executing strategic initiatives focused on improving the employee and customer experience.
Roni has over 24 years of experience in the cable industry, holding several executive leadership roles in customer care and operations. Her extensive experience with customer relationships and employee engagement, together with a deep understanding of the cable industry and her drive and enthusiasm, have proven to be of great benefit to Comcast employees and customers. She was recognized for her outstanding leadership and contributions by being the first Care Leader named to the company’s Business Services President’s Club in 2010 and was also recognized as a Women to Watch through the Rocky Mountain WICT chapter in 2013.
Roni and her husband David reside in Fort Myers Florida where she is a Big Sister to Julia through the Big Brothers Big Sisters Organization. Roni and David have a 21 year old son, Eli, who is a senior at the University of Northern Colorado, Greeley.
