Vickie Yakunin

Vickie is the Director of Community Investment for Time Warner Cable. She is responsible for the development and implementation of a comprehensive community investment strategy, on a national level, for Time Warner Cable Business Class and Media Sales to meet business objectives. Vickie identifies opportunities to integrate Business Class and/or Media Sales into new and existing community investment partnerships and partners closely with the leadership of both business units to review, create, and pursue opportunities. She is in charge of partnerships that generate revenue and enhance TWC visibility in the community, positioning TWC as a technology leader. Vickie also manages TWC’s board stewardship program. She is responsible for evaluating opportunities and placing TWC leaders on the boards of non-profit organizations.


Vickie joined Time Warner Cable in 2009 as the community relations manager for Dallas. In this role, she created partnerships with the Perot Museum of Nature and Science, the Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Dallas, Girls Inc., Dallas Film Society and a number of other local non-profit organizations. Prior to joining Time Warner Cable, she held multiple positions with privately-held, Cox Communications. Vickie received a master’s degree in public affairs from American University in Washington, D.C. Vickie is a graduate of Leadership Dallas and also serves on the board of directors for the Leadership Dallas Alumni Association.
