Xania Pendley-Morris is the Manager of Accounting and Finance for the California Region at Comcast Spotlight. She leads the operations arm of the Business Operations department, where she is charged with overseeing overall Business compliance, the monthly preparation of the financial statements, monthly billing and all financial customer service activities of this dynamic ad sales company.
Recently Xania was an integral part of the Leadership team who structured and reorganized the California region finance teams from four individual operating units into one cohesive department.
Prior to joining Comcast Spotlight, Xania was an accounting manager at Expression College for Digital Arts, in this role she managed the accounting department, preparing and analyzing the monthly financial statements and leading their annual audits.
Xania earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degrees, with highest Honors, in accounting from Jones International University and the University of Technology in Jamaica.
