Rose Roth is the Senior Director of Operations for Comcast Business, Government Education, and Majors Account sales in West Division. In this role, Rose ensures that Comcast maintain standards around customer experience, which are aligned to deliver on the best operational experience possible for its mid-market segment of customers. Under her leadership, she oversees operations and compliance efforts for the CALNET3 contract and collaborates with cross-functional operations teams in support of this sales segment for the West Division. Rose has rolled out several key initiatives, which led to the West Division in having the most improved customer experience metrics in the country for Comcast Business while in her previous role as the Director of Customer Experience for Comcast Business. She joined Comcast in 2014, where she previously served as Director, Business Operation Coordination & Client Services.
Prior to Comcast, Rose worked in several customer support and management roles for XO Communications. In addition, Rose served six years in the U.S. Air Force as an Audiovisual Specialist, where she was stationed at Edwards Air Force Base in California.
Rose has been a member of WICT Rocky Mountain since 2014. Additionally, Rose is a founding member of the Rocky Mountain Women’s Network at Comcast in its West Division – one of the company’s employee resource groups designed to provide leadership and career development as a tool to attract, retain, and promote women employees at Comcast.
Rose’s husband Jerrod also served in the armed forces and is a U.S. Air Force retiree. They have two grown children; daughter Carson is a college student and son Devon, who is also employed by Comcast. Rose is currently pursuing her Bachelors in Business Management from Colorado State University – Global Campus and she is expected to graduate in 2019.
