Washington DC/Baltimore: Rest & Restore Session

Join The WICT Network: Washington DC/Baltimore for “Meditation with Mary: Rest & Restore”–a virtual guided yoga nidra meditation.

The session will include:

  • Intro to Yoga Nidra, benefits and set-up
  • A guided meditation session
  • A wake-up/return and opportunity for questions

Yoga Nidra is a sleep-based, guided meditation technique that releases the healing potential of the body by removing the mind – as in sleep. It uses a series of body, breath and awareness techniques and allows the body to deeply restore itself, balancing excess stress.

This class will be taught by WICT member, Mary Pratt-Henaghan.
