Did the best candidate get the job? Are promotions given based on merit or perceived favoritism? Do clients or customers feel that they received good service? Unconscious Bias can be an important hidden factor in answering these questions.
During this workshop, participants will:
• Use real-world cases to explore how unconscious bias, if normalized, manifests itself in the workplace.
• To deepen the learning and collaboration, the workshop includes unique “Share and Solve” for peer discussions and problem-solving.
• Gain awareness of the impact of unconscious bias on leadership, diversity and inclusion, customer and client satisfaction. Founded in 1980, the
