Time: 1:00 – 2:00 pm

This session helps individuals effectively prioritize how they spend their time. Working from home in a pandemic requires unique strategies to be flexible and adapt. By managing distractions, participants can maintain greater focus on their most challenging work. Participants will learn how to optimize planning to respond with greater flexibility and resilience to changing priorities. A discussion of how to build routines and habits will enable individuals to translate strategies into action. The outcome is greater productivity and well-being for participants.
