Test-Drive Your Life: Using design thinking to de-risk your career journey
Wednesday, April 21 from 12:00 – 1:30 PM. ET
Wednesday, April 28 from 12:00 – 1:30 PM ET
Hosted by WICT SE board member Ana Alder, this four-part series is about figuring out what drives you and where you want to go next. It’s about giving you the tools you need to set career goals and weave them into your life goals, and not the other way around. You have permission to be selfish, to imagine and plan a life journey that fits who you really are. Work isn’t everything but it’s important. During these sessions, you’ll learn:
- What Design Thinking is and how to use the design process to map out what comes next for you.
- To de-risk your life by creating prototypes to test-drive your options.
The knowledge you need to take advantage of your internal GPS to navigate your career and life.
- The skills to pivot when there’s a rockslide.
- The ability to redirect as you change and evolve (which is a side-effect of being human).
