The Nourished Leader: A Culture of Care™
Often we worry more about our company’s health rather than our own well-being. In the quest for optimal performance, we tend to focus on doing more instead of doing better, which can result in burnout, exhaustion and stress. None of which are good for you, your team or your company. To thrive, successful leaders and their teams make health and wellness a top priority. To keep up with today’s pace, the leader of the future must be mindful and nourished while encouraging the same in others. Learn how to change mindsets that keep us stuck in the old way of thinking about work and success. Instead, learn how to feed, fuel and nurture what’s in and around us — ultimately unlocking our full potential.

Speaker: Jeanette Bronée, Performance & Culture Strategist, Path for Life
