Washington, DC – Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT) announced today that registration is officially open for the 2018 WICT Leadership Conference.
The Leadership Conference will take place at the New York Marriott Marquis on Monday, October 15 and Tuesday, October 16. Conference registration includes all workshops, breakouts, coaching sessions, and keynotes, as well as admittance to the WICT Touchstones Luncheon on Monday, October 15, where WICT will recognize the Woman of the Year and Woman to Watch honorees.
The WICT Leadership Conference kicks off Diversity Week 2018, which also showcases the NAMIC Conference and Walter Kaitz Foundation Dinner. All three groups will convene to promote the critical role diversity and inclusion plays in the media industry.
"The WICT Leadership Conference is a must-attend event for our members and the industry at large. The conference offers a robust array of educational and networking opportunities, thanks in large part to the exceptional work of our conference planning committee–a diverse cross-section of some of the most talented executives in media," said Joanna Dees, WICT’s Vice President of Educational Programs. "After a record-setting year for WICT in 2017, we look forward to raising the bar this October in New York."
