    Applicants for the Laurel Lawson Fellowship must be a person with a disability as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act and currently working within the cable telecommunications industry. The recipient will be selected based on their ability to impart how the WICT Leadership Conference will help them gain new management and leadership skills to enhance their business acumen.
