Stubbs, VP Technology, Engineering and Operations at Cox Communications, is one of the most highly regarded technology professionals in cable media.
Washington, DC August 25, 2022 – – The WICT Network, the Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers (SCTE), a subsidiary of CableLabs®, and Cablefax today announced Toni Stubbs winner of the prestigious 2022 Women in Technology Award. Stubbs, VP Technology, Engineering and Operations at Cox Communications, is one of the most highly regarded technology professionals in cable media.
The Women in Technology Award was first launched in 1995 to recognize and honor leading women in cable technology. The annual award lauds the accomplishments of one woman who demonstrates outstanding professional achievement and significantly contributes to the advancement of technology in the cable and media industry.

Cox SVP of the Integration Management Office (IMO), and 2021 award winner, Patricia Martin will present the 2022 Women in Technology Award to Toni Stubbs during the SCTE Cable-Tec Expo Awards Ceremony on Wednesday, September 21. As the 2022 Women in Technology Award recipient, Stubbs will be featured in an upcoming issue of Cablefax with an article detailing her numerous accomplishments.
