The Agile Leader: Building and Managing Innovative Teams
March 1 – 5, 2015 | Stanford University | Palo Alto, CA
Presented in partnership with the Stanford Graduate School of Business and designed exclusively for the cable industry’s most senior women executives, the WICT Senior Executive Summit (SES) debuted in March 2013 to enthusiastic reviews from the inaugural class. This master class immersion program combines the power of WICT’s proven leadership development programs with the excellence of Stanford’s top-rated business school.
In 2015 WICT and the Stanford Graduate School of Business focused on The Agile Leader, empowering participants with the latest techniques to navigate complex management issues.
Taught by Stanford’s leading professors in business and leadership, the 2015 WICT Senior Executive Summit confronted the critical areas of agile leadership focusing on designing and leading highly effective teams, power and relationships, forecasting risk and opportunity, leading innovation, engaging through vision, and technology advances.
In addition to new content from popular returning faculty, such as Professors Deborah Gruenfeld, Maggie Neale and Huggy Rao, the 2015 SES introduced participants to other renowned Stanford GSB faculty and Silicon Valley business leaders. We were thrilled to take our first SES field trip as we visited the Apple Campus. There, attendees were given a special presentation showcasing Apple’s renowned culture of innovation.
The curriculum for this program was rigorous and fast-paced. Click here to view the detailed agenda.
