Complimentary Conference Registration

In appreciation of your time, we are pleased to provide you with a complimentary full conference registration. Your registration includes admission to all conference sessions and special activities, including our awards luncheon on Monday – The Touchstones Luncheon. We will automatically register you if you indicate on the speaker form your plans to attend the full conference in person.

A Note About Program Promotion

Our conference sessions will be live in-person, pre-recorded and live-streamed. By participating, you understand and agree that your voice, image and person may be used in accordance with program promotion.

Audio Visual Guidelines

Panel discussions will not involve PPT or additional media; however, workshop presenters may elect to use PPT or other visual aids. Please let us know at your earliest convenience if you will be presenting with PowerPoint, using any other media in your session, or if you have additional audio-visual requests. This allows us ample time to coordinate with our production team.

We ask that you submit your presentation files and handouts to events@wict.org no later than Friday, September 9, 2022.

Accepted media for all sessions:

  • For PowerPoint presentations, please use the screen aspect ratio:
    • 16:9 for all sessions.
  • Please provide any video media as a .mp4 or .mov file.

Handouts & Resources

We can make handouts and resources available to attendees electronically via the conference website and mobile app. If you reference resources and handouts in your presentation, please make them available to our team no later than Friday, September 9, 2022.

Conference Mobile App

The conference mobile app will be announced approximately 2-3 weeks prior to the conference via email and on the conference website. Be sure to install the mobile app on your smartphone to access the most up-to-date conference information including schedules, session information, speaker bios, and much more.

The health and safety of our members, participants and staff is important to The WICT Network. We are taking precautions in close collaboration with our event and hotel partners to ensure a safe and healthy environment.

By participating in this event in person, you agree and understand that even with precautionary measures, The WICT Network is unable to prevent attendees from being exposed to, contracting, or spreading COVID-19 while attending and/or entering onto premises where The WICT Network’s events are held. You also agree that you will not attend this event in person if you have experienced any symptoms of COVID-19 within 10 days of the program start date.
