Complimentary Conference Registration
In appreciation of the time you are taking to speak at our Leadership Conference, we are pleased to provide you with a complimentary full conference registration. Your registration includes admission to conference sessions and special activities.

A Note About Program Promotion
Our conference sessions will be recorded. By participating, you understand and agree that your voice, image and person may be used in accordance with program promotion.
WICT will have an online bookstore during the leadership conference. If you are a published author and would like us to include your book in our bookstore, please complete and return the 2020 Speaker Book Form as soon as possible, but no later than Friday, July 31, 2020.
Panel discussions will not involve PPT or additional media; however, workshop presenters may elect to use PPT or other visual aids. Please let us know by Friday, July 31, 2020, if you will be presenting with PowerPoint, using any other media in your session, or if you have additional audio-visual requests.
We ask that you submit your presentation files and handouts to email@example.com by Friday, September 4, 2020.
Accepted media for all sessions:
- For PowerPoint presentations, please use the screen aspect ratio:
- 16:9 for all sessions.
- Please provide any video media as a .mp4 or .mov file.
A note about PowerPoint presentations:
Slides can be helpful for the audience, but they are by no means required. If you choose to use slides, ask yourself: Would my slides help and clarify information for the audience, or would they distract and confuse them? If you have a handout or worksheet for your session, we can make an electronic copy available to attendees prior to and during the conference.
Based on attendee feedback, we created the following guidelines to help ensure the success of your presentation and of the overall conference experience.
- No promotion of products or services from the stage.
- Please avoid political agendas and partisan politics.
- It is fine to share your contact information at the beginning and end of your presentation. And if you have a book, we are happy to feature it in our bookstore.
The conference mobile app will be announced approximately 2-3 weeks prior to the conference via email and on the conference website. You can install the free mobile app on your smartphone to access the most up-to-date conference information including schedules, session information, speaker bios, and more.
